Two rounds of revisions. We tighten copy, design, and structure against feedback. Final approval gates the design milestone.
I point your domain, run final checks, and ship. Final payment due at launch. You own the site, the files, and the logins.

Every Build starts with a free written proposal. The proposal locks scope and price. If we're not a fit, you walk before signing. Nothing owed.
50% on signature, 25% at design approval, 25% at launch. The price is set in your proposal before you sign. No hourly billing. No scope creep. Pay-in-full at signature is 5% off.

- Flex option (only if pushed back on): 30% on signature, 20% within 14 days, balance by design approval.
- Refund clause: if final work doesn't match the agreed proposal scope, I make it right. If I can't, refund of final milestone less a 10% project administration fee. Refund must be requested within 14 days of final delivery.

Start with The Read. $750, one to two weeks, written. A banker's assessment of where the business stands and the next moves to make. Your $750 credits forward to a Build if you keep going within 60 days. Same total either way.
The Foundation is $2,500 flat, two weeks, one to three pages. You provide the content through a guided intake; I provide the structure. The faster, smaller-scope alternative for businesses that need to be online now.
