Q: Do I have to provide all the copy?

No. For The Foundation, I send a structured questionnaire that pulls the copy out of your business in about 30 minutes. You answer plain questions about what you do, who you serve, and what makes you different. I write the site copy from your answers. Full custom copywriting written from scratch in your voice lives in The Build.

Q: What if I don't have professional photos?

I work with what you have. If we need more, I source stock that doesn't look like stock, schedule a single shoot, or come take photos myself. Photo gaps don't block launch.

Q: Do I own everything when we're done?

Yes. The site, the domain, the code, and the assets are all set up in your name. If you ever want to leave, it goes with you. No lock-in.

Q: What's the difference between The Workbook, The Read, and The Build?

The Read · Workbook ($99) is a 25-30 page workbook PDF, the framework I use translated for you to apply yourself. The Read ($750) is a 1-2 week written assessment of your business with a 45-minute debrief. The Build ($4,500 to $7,500) is a custom site built from scratch with copy, design, positioning, and 30 days of post-launch support included.

Q: How long does The Build actually take?

Four to six weeks from contract to launch, assuming you respond to drafts within three business days. The Foundation is two weeks. If you need it faster than that, that's a different conversation.

Q: Do you work in English, Spanish, or both?

Both. Bilingual is the default, not an upcharge. If your business serves Spanish-speaking customers first, the site is built in Spanish first.

Q: Can you work with my existing site, domain, or hosting?

Yes. If you have a domain, we keep it. If your hosting works (Squarespace, Wix, WordPress, custom), we usually keep it. If your current setup is the bottleneck, I'll say so and recommend a switch. The choice stays yours.

A multi-barber studio on Beach Blvd. The owner had built the brand, the chair time, and the team. No website. I noticed it from his chair. Esteban was cutting my hair. We hadn't seen each other in years. While he worked, I asked him why he didn't have an online presence. Within weeks I'd shipped him a real one.

Within 48 hours, you get a written proposal: scope, timeline, fixed price, deliverables, and payment milestones. Foundation: 50% on signature, 50% at launch. Build: 50% on signature, 25% at design approval, 25% at launch. What I quote is what you pay.

03 · Build

Async. Visible progress.

Four to six weeks for most engagements. Async-first. Live working link by week two. I ship visible progress, not "we're working on it" updates.

04 · Handoff

You own your site.

Site goes live. You get the files, the logins, a 30-minute walkthrough, and 30 days of post-launch support. No lock-in.
