The Chair · Elite Barber Studio of Jax

Multi-barber studio on Beach Blvd. Bilingual site, team booking, brand-grade media.

Elite Barber Studio of Jax homepage. Bilingual barber studio site on Beach Blvd, Jacksonville.

A multi-barber studio on Beach Blvd. The owner had built the brand, the chair time, and the team. No website. I noticed it from his chair. Esteban was cutting my hair. We hadn't seen each other in years. While he worked, I asked him why he didn't have an online presence. Within weeks I'd shipped him a real one.

What I built
  • Bilingual site, Spanish-first with full English alternate.
  • Team page featuring all seven barbers, each with their own Instagram link and direct booking path.
  • Full service menu with pricing.
  • WhatsApp and Booksy booking integration.
  • Hero video, photo gallery, embedded Instagram reel.
  • Google reviews surfaced as social proof (4.7 ★, 97 reviews).
  • SEO foundation with geo metadata for local search.
  • Privacy-friendly analytics, no cookie burden.
  • Built on Astro for speed; deployed clean.

Current state. Live at elitebarberjax.com. Launched May 2, 2026.

Marucha Clean

Brand and site for a family-owned cleaning business. Jacksonville, FL.

Marucha Clean homepage. Family-owned cleaning service in Jacksonville, FL.

Sebastian Operating Co. started where most practices do. A family member needed help, and I had to decide if what I'd been building on the side could hold up in public. My mother was launching a cleaning business. I built her the site I'd want someone to build for my own family. No template. Real photos. Copy in her voice. That build became the pattern for everything I'd ship for strangers after.

What I built
  • Full brand identity: forest green, cream, warm gold. Hospitality-grade, not cleaning-industry cliché.
  • Five-page mobile-first site, built from scratch.
  • SEO foundation, structured metadata, Open Graph card and favicon system.
  • Copy written in her voice, not mine.

Current state. Live at maruchaclean.com. The credibility anchor for her local outreach.

Cold Signal

The 2-hour workday system. Built for myself. Sold to operators.

Cold Signal landing page preview. The 2-hour workday system.

Cold Signal exists because I needed it. A growing practice, a new cleaning business to help my mother launch, a finite week. Nothing off-the-shelf was keeping up. So I built the AI-native workflow I needed to run my own week. Then I realized other operators were running the same losing race. I packaged it and shipped it.

What I built
  • Product concept, positioning, and pricing. $17, instant download.
  • Editorial dark-mode landing page, built to convert.
  • Buyer funnel including intake and review flow.
  • Full brand system: typography, Open Graph card, social assets.

Current state. Live at coldsignal.net. Built by an operator. Used daily.

Pizzería Pierrott

Spanish-first case study for a family pizzería in San Gil, Santander, Colombia. Work in progress.

Pizzería Pierrott case study draft. Spanish-first concept for a family pizzería in Colombia.

A two-location family pizzería in Colombia with no web presence, no formal brief, and no follow-up content. Just a family connection and a phone call. The goal was a digital storefront that felt like the restaurant: warm, family-run, Spanish-first, built for the phone screens their customers actually browse on. I worked from their Google Maps listing, photos, and menu to construct the draft.

What's drafted
  • Spanish-first single-page concept: primary copy and UX in Spanish.
  • Full menu, dual-location details, click-to-call across both sedes.
  • Dark charcoal + ember + gold hospitality palette.
  • Mobile-first layout, designed for the phone-only audience the business actually serves.

Current state. Case study work in progress, not yet shipped to a live URL. Included here as a Spanish-first capability demo for the Latino SMB segment most Jacksonville and Orlando agencies underserve.

Want a piece like one of these?

Every engagement on this page started the same way: a conversation, a real read of the business, and a scoped build. The starting point depends on where you are.

If you need a site fast.

The Foundation is two weeks, $2,500 flat. One to three pages. You provide the content through a guided intake; I provide the structure.

If you want a custom build with positioning work.

The Build is four to six weeks, $4,500 to $7,500. Copy, design, and positioning shaped around how you actually run the business.

If you want a written diagnosis first.

The Read is $750, one to two weeks, written. A banker's read of where your business stands, with three to five prioritized next moves. Credits forward to a Build or Foundation if you keep going.

You run the business. I handle the rest.

Book a 30-minute call, or start the written intake. Proposals back within 48 hours.
